Day 1: Pokhara → Drive to Nayapul → Trek to Ghandruk (1,940m) – 4–5 hrs
Day 2: Trek from Ghandruk to Tadapani (2,630m) – 4–5 hrs
Day 3: Trek from Tadapani to Ghorepani (2,860m) – 5–6 hrs
Day 4: Early hike to Poon Hill (3,210m) for sunrise → Trek to Ulleri → Drive back to Pokhara – 6 hrs total
Day 5 (Optional Relax Day): Explore Pokhara or buffer day for travel/weather
Trek can also be reversed: Ghorepani → Tadapani → Ghandruk
