Day 1: Fly Pokhara to Jomsom (2,720m) → Trek to Kagbeni (2,800m) – 3–4 hrs
Day 2: Trek from Kagbeni to Muktinath (3,800m) – 5–6 hrs
Day 3: Explore Muktinath Temple → Trek to Jomsom – 5 hrs
Day 4: Trek to Marpha (2,670m) – 3–4 hrs
Day 5: Trek to Tukuche or drive to Tatopani (hot springs) – optional
Day 6: Drive or fly back to Pokhara – Trip ends
Can be shortened to 4 days (fly in/out, skip Marpha) or extended with Tatopani/Ghorepani
