Terms and Conditions

Review our policies for a smooth travel experience

United Tours and Travels strictly adheres to the terms and conditions outlined below. By proceeding with a booking for any of our trip packages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. The terms “our,” “we,” and “us” refer to United Tours and Travels. These terms apply to all bookings made directly with us—whether in person, by phone, email, or through our official website.

We strongly recommend reading the following terms carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking

Bookings can only be made for trip packages listed on our official website. A booking will be considered confirmed only after the client receives a Client Confirmation Letter from us.

To receive confirmation, clients must:

  • Complete the booking form accurately, including personal information (name, address, email, phone number, arrival and departure dates).

  • Pay the full amount of the total trip cost.

Once both requirements are met, we will issue a confirmation letter via email or fax. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If booking on behalf of another person, you are responsible for ensuring they also agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments for our trip packages through the following methods:

  • Cash: Nepali Rupees, US Dollars, and Pound Sterling.

  • Bank Transfer:

  • Bank Name: Global IME Bank

  • Branch: Kantipath

  • SWIFT Code: GLBBNPKA

  • Account Holder: United Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.

  • Account Number: 34401010001269

3. Travel Insurance

All clients are required to have valid travel insurance before joining a trip. Travel in remote Himalayan regions carries inherent risks such as extreme weather, landslides, and altitude-related issues.

Your travel insurance must cover:

  • Pre-existing medical conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Trip cancellations

  • Emergency evacuations (including helicopter and air ambulance)

  • Lost baggage

  • Personal liability

If valid insurance cannot be presented when requested, we reserve the right to cancel participation without any refund.

4. Itinerary Changes & Flight Delays

  • All itineraries are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary before or during the trip due to unforeseen events such as adverse weather, political unrest, or safety concerns.

  • If your return flight is delayed after the trip concludes, all additional costs will be your responsibility.

  • We are not liable for missed international flights due to delays. No refunds will be issued, though we will assist in arranging alternative flights where possible.

5. Additional Expenses

Clients are responsible for all personal expenses incurred before, during, or after the trip, including but not limited to:

  • Tips for guides or porters

  • Souvenirs

  • Extra nights or meals not included in the itinerary

6. Complaints & Issues

If you encounter any issues during the trip, please report them immediately to your guide or team leader. They will contact us if necessary and take appropriate steps to resolve the matter.

We welcome feedback, suggestions, or concerns from our clients and encourage open communication to help us improve our services.

7. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify content on our website, including these terms, without prior notice.
