Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before the start date
  • 50% refund if canceled between 3–6 days before the start date
  • Cancel within 48 hours of the tour start date.
  • Charges may apply if not included in the package.
  • If activities such as desert safari or dhow cruise are canceled due to bad weather or other unavoidable circumstances, an alternative activity will be offered, or a full refund will be provided.
  • Any changes made less than 48 hours before the tour start date may not be accommodated.
