Cancellation Policy
- Cancel up to 7 days before departure for a full refund.
- Cancel 3–6 days before departure: 50% refund of the package cost.
- Cancel within 48 hours of departure or in case of no-show: no refund.
- In case of force majeure (severe weather, strikes, government restrictions), you may choose an alternative date or receive a full refund.
- Any non-refundable optional add-ons (cable car, snow activities, bonfire) will not be refunded separately.
