- In case of force majeure events (road blockages, landslides, political unrest, natural disasters, strikes), clients may reschedule the trip without extra charges or opt for a refund after deducting actual expenses.
- Any non-refundable services (such as permits, entrance fees, or confirmed hotel bookings) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
