Cancellation Policy

Up to 14 days before departure – Full refund (excluding any non-refundable permits or booking fees).
7–13 days before departure – 50% of the package cost will be charged.
Less than 7 days before departure / No-show – No refund will be provided.
In case of force majeure events (road blockages, landslides, political unrest, natural disasters, strikes), clients may reschedule the trip without extra charges or opt for a refund after deducting actual expenses.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of cancellation request.
