  • Personal expenses: shopping, tips, laundry, phone calls, minibar, travel insurance.
  • Optional activities such as theme parks, island excursions, and adventure sports.
  • Any additional tours/activities not in the confirmed itinerary.
  • Costs due to unforeseen events (bad weather, strikes, roadblocks, natural calamities).

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 14 days before departure – Full refund (excluding any non-refundable permits or booking fees).
  • 7–13 days before departure – 50% of the package cost will be charged.
  • Less than 7 days before departure / No-show – No refund will be provided.
  • In case of force majeure events (road blockages, landslides, political unrest, natural disasters, strikes), clients may reschedule the trip without extra charges or opt for a refund after deducting actual expenses.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of cancellation request.

Day 1 – Arrival in Kuala Lumpur & Flight to Penang

  • Meet & greet at Kuala Lumpur International Airport by our local representative.
  • Assistance for connecting domestic flight to Penang.
  • Arrival in Penang and transfer to hotel for check-in.
  • Free time for relaxation or exploring nearby attractions at your own pace.

Day 2 – Full-Day Penang City Tour

  • Breakfast at hotel.
  • Explore Penang’s UNESCO-listed George Town and heritage attractions.
