Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before the start date
- 50% refund if canceled between 3–6 days before the start date
- Cancel within 48 hours of the tour start date.
- Charges may apply if not included in the package.
- If activities such as desert safari or dhow cruise are canceled due to bad weather or other unavoidable circumstances, an alternative activity will be offered, or a full refund will be provided.
- Any changes made less than 48 hours before the tour start date may not be accommodated.
