The Mohare Danda Trek is a short and off-the-beaten-path journey in the Annapurna region, ideal for trekkers seeking both cultural immersion and Himalayan scenery away from crowded trails. Over just 7–8 days, the route winds through remote Magar villages, lush rhododendron forests, and eco-lodges run by local communities, supporting sustainable tourism.
The highlight is reaching Mohare Danda (3,300 m), a ridge with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges, including peaks like Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Nilgiri, Annapurna South, and Dhaulagiri itself.
