Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 14 days before departure – Full refund (excluding any non-refundable permits or booking fees).
  • 7–13 days before departure – 50% of the package cost will be charged.
  • Less than 7 days before departure / No-show – No refund will be provided.
  • In case of force majeure events (road blockages, landslides, political unrest, natural disasters, strikes), clients may reschedule the trip without extra charges or opt for a refund after deducting actual expenses.
  • Any non-refundable services (such as permits, entrance fees, or confirmed hotel bookings) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of the cancellation request.

Day 1 – Arrival in Singapore

  • Arrive at Changi International Airport.
  • Meet and greet at the airport, then transfer to hotel.
  • Evening at leisure to explore local markets or relax.
  • Meals: Own arrangement. Overnight in Singapore.

Day 2 – Singapore City Tour & Gardens by the Bay

  • Breakfast at hotel.
  • Morning Singapore city tour: Merlion Park, Chinatown, Little India, and Marina Bay.
  • Afternoon visit to Gardens by the Bay, featuring Supertree Grove, Flower Dome & Cloud Forest.
  • Evening free for leisure or optional Marina Bay Sands SkyPark visit.
